Magnufluxed, straight checked, oil galley plugs removed and flushed. Galley holes threaded for removable set screws. Main journals 1st under size, 56.744mm, Rod journals 1st under size 56.744m

Reconditioned 3.6L 76.40mm 9 bolt 997 Turbo Crankshaft
Magnufluxed, straight checked, oil galley plugs removed and flushed. Galley holes threaded for removable set screws. Main journals std size, 59.979mm, center main journals cross drilled and center journal grooved for increased oil flow, Rod journals 2.1250” to suit Clevite-Mahle high performance tri metal bearing. Balanced and polished.
This crankshaft requires new Connecting rods with a BE bore of 2.2500”. Clevite Tri metal race bearings are more suited to the high performance Turbo engines where a softer tri layer bearing with a copper babbit overlay give the extra protection against bearing scuffing and journal failure. Bearing shells are available giving oil film clearances from 0.0003” to 0.0035” , coated or uncoated. See Tech corner for more info.

JE 105.00mm pistons used for low hour dyno testing only. Comes with pins and clips. Needs rings.
